The staff are good and at least listen when we ask for things, but the rooms are average at best. At a ₹4500 budget, you can find much better nearby. This only works if you need a bed for the night and will be out all day. We stayed two nights and ordered food several times, hoping other dishes or cuisines might be better, but everything we tried was disappointing and poor quality. It felt like a complete waste of money. I’d avoid ordering from the hotel. The breakfast package isn’t worth it either, with very limited choices, mainly poha and puri sabji. Just 200 meters away there are better, cheaper breakfasts, and Nakki Lake is hardly 400 meters away with plenty of good food options.

The staff were courteous and helpful for our entire two-day stay, and guest service and food were all up to the mark. We had a wonderful time as a couple. The rooms were spacious, and the resort is conveniently located near Nakki Lake and the Mount Abu market.

Breakfast had good options for the kids, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful with our children. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. With attractions close by and easy to get around, the location worked perfectly. We had a lovely family stay and would happily return.

The room they gave us was in the basement, with no view, old furnishings, a bad smell, and no mobile signal. We’d booked ahead for two nights and asked to move upstairs, but the receptionist and manager refused because we’d prepaid and couldn’t cancel. The linen was poor quality, the food wasn’t good, and breakfast had only four buffet items. They charge too much for what you get, and the staff need to improve their hospitality. I felt it was a waste of money. Check the rooms before booking, and you may get a better price by booking directly.

It’s conveniently close to the market and easy to get to. There are different room options depending on group size, plus a pool, gym, restaurant, and indoor games. Kids have their own area with swings and slides, which makes it a good place for families.
