Watching Nakki Lake from the rooftop was a highlight, and I also really liked the garden. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and our spacious room felt clean. A pleasant stay, recommended.

I couldn’t sleep because of mosquitoes and the air conditioner, which seemed impossible both to turn on and to turn off, and stayed freezing even at 28. There was no water in the washroom at night, and it was one of the worst I’ve seen. For the amount we paid, the place felt more like a Dharamsala than a hotel, and the service wasn’t satisfying. The staff were extremely unprofessional, didn’t know how to speak to guests, and offered no solutions or proper replies. The worst experience I’ve had.

I loved the location most. Nakki Lake and the market are just a minute’s walk away, and the food, rooms, and staff were all amazing. A great place to stay near Nakki Lake.

The property is right on Nakki Lake, and the food was very good and came quickly. One of the best hotels near the lake in Mount Abu. Thanks to all the staff at sanand house.
