Chacha Inn

Eight of us friends had a great time together, and staying at Chacha Inn, Mount Abu made things more comfortable. The property was well maintained, the rooms and stay were comfortable, and we liked the ambience. Staff were cordial and helpful too. I’d gladly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

I spent two nights at Chacha Inn on a solo trip to Mount Abu, and couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom. When I asked the manager wearing glasses, he first said it was fine, then said he’d have it fixed. I feel they care less about solo travelers and focus only on families. With a room tariff of Rs.5, 000 per night, hot water should be provided.

First time visiting, and I found the experience very satisfying. The ambience, food, magic show, and puppet show were all awesome. Best place to visit. 10 out of 10.

The food really stood out, from the varied breakfast options to the dinner menu with local and international dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the restaurant staff were attentive. The hotel felt elegant but welcoming, with relaxing interiors, comfortable lighting, and good cleanliness throughout the lobby, restaurant, and room. Rooms were spacious, well maintained, and had modern amenities, and the recreational facilities made the stay convenient and enjoyable. From arrival, the staff were warm and professional. It exceeded my expectations, and I’d recommend it for a memorable, relaxing stay. I’ll definitely return.
