Hotel Shanti Mount Abu

We were on a package trip, and the problems started with the room. Our agent had booked a triple room, but after a day the hotel claimed we had chosen it ourselves. They also charged our agent an extra 3000/-. He’s a good person and didn’t want to spoil our trip, so he paid without telling us. I felt bad for him, and they should return his money. It was me, my husband, and our two kids, but when we came back from sightseeing in the evening, the manager said we’d had breakfast as five people. Was some atma, or soul, with us? We’d explained several times that we were on a package, yet whenever we ordered food they kept bringing us bills. The staff’s behavior and the management were very bad. A really unpleasant experience.

My two nights at Hotel Shanti were very comfortable. The staff were cooperative and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely come back next time. Thank you, Team Shanti.

The room was too expensive for the service and staff. We checked in at 1 am, and management discussed and agreed on the rent then. At checkout, the manager raised the price and said they didn’t know what had been discussed at night. Terrible service. We’d gone there many times before, but this time was the worst. Don’t go there.

A decent budget hotel for around 2k if all you need is a place to sleep and leave. Nothing bad, but that’s about it.
