The only good thing was the very helpful, well-mannered staff, especially Saloni mam and Mr Jafar, who were genuinely hospitable. The hotel itself was extremely unhygienic. The room, bed, washroom, and all the amenities stank, and the pictures on Goibibo were false.

The staff were good, but the owner needs to take care of the problems. Our towels weren't good, the bedsheets weren't clean, the rooms weren't good, and there was a water problem. I wouldn't suggest booking again. We booked through Make my trip, but they said there was no room because of a payment conflict with Make my trip. They canceled our room and gave us a smaller one for extra payment.

A very bad experience. This isn't a suitable place to stay.

The receptionist was very rude, and the room already seemed used when I checked in: the towels and bedsheets were very dirty. The toilet leaked, and I had to ask room service four times to turn on the geyser before he did it. Nobody told us the kitchen was closed. After I'd paid, the manager said they didn't follow Agoda's listed prices and asked for more money. They refused to honor the price, so I had to pay an extra 250₹. Very disappointing. I hope Oyo and Agoda remove this property from their list.
