Hotel Springburn

The staff's kindness and professionalism made our stay especially memorable. Everyone was welcoming and helpful with our belongings, and they arranged trips for us. We were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to better rooms. The place felt calm and well managed, with safety measures that helped me feel relaxed and worry-free. Getting around was easy on foot. There were nearby shops for necessities, and activities and interesting places were within walking distance. The area felt safe and comfortable for casual walks. We visited lively local markets with plenty to see and buy, and the prices were affordable. Horse riding was a fun highlight, and the hotel had convenient travel packages for nearby attractions. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and neatly arranged, with proper, well-organized beds that made it easy to rest after a long day. The blanket heater kept things warm and cozy in the colder hours. Meals were beautifully presented, flavorful, and seemed made with care and quality ingredients. Drinks were refreshing and well prepared, whether with breakfast or later in the day. I truly enjoyed the stay and would gladly come back. Comfortable rooms, good food, activities, a safe setting, a handy location, and warm hospitality all made for a fantastic experience. We had 7 rooms for our group of 19. The rooms were spacious, with heaters, and geysers were available 24*7. The place was calm and peaceful, with a mount K2 view. We could see it in the pictures from our room balcony. The problem came when everyone used the geysers at once and the fuse blew. We were delayed by almost 2 and half hours. Since it was Sunday and staff weren't available, that was very inconvenient.

The stay was good, and the hotel is within walking distance of Mall Road. Rooms were neat and clean, with a beautiful view from the window. Management was great and the staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

At Nature View Homestay, Darjeeling, we found a quiet spot in town with convenient access from the main road. Cabs can pull up right at the gate, so there's no uphill or downhill walk, and the property has its own parking. Though it's in town, it stays peaceful and away from the crowd. You can see almost all of Darjeeling from the rooms. Gita and Sita were hardworking and warm, always just a call away and making sure everything went smoothly. We had a memorable, comfortable stay, and I'd highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Darjeeling.
