This was my worst OYO experience. The room and bed were dirty. When I asked for a different room, they refused, and they wouldn't change the sheets either. OYO rooms are usually good, but this one was pathetic.

The room was clean and the view outside was good, but the hotel sits on steep terrain and getting there with heavy luggage is difficult. Breakfast was only toast and tea. Lunch and dinner choices were very limited, though the food was okay. Room service was poor, and most of the time nobody was at reception.

The room was good, but service was very poor. There wasn't anyone at reception, and the manager was rude and uncooperative.
