The one thing we missed was a lift, which would have made getting around the property easier. Otherwise, the staff were humble, polite, and always willing to help, and the breakfast and other food were delicious. Our spacious, comfortable room had all the essentials and a rare view across three sides, taking in the mountains, Darjeeling city, and the magnificent Kanchenjunga range. The wooden heritage-style interiors gave the hotel a warm, attractive feel. Its location is peaceful, away from the busy Mall Road area, but still convenient to reach.

The restaurant food was really good, especially the tasty breakfast, and the staff were polite and very good. We booked both luxury and comfort rooms. The luxury rooms have a perfect view of Darjeeling, while the comfort rooms are neat and clean. Best experience in Darjeeling.

It was an easy place to explore from, with the mall and shopping areas within a comfortable walk. There are also plenty of nearby cafes and local spots to visit. The calm surroundings and pleasant atmosphere made it a great place to relax, and the view from the room was amazing. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful base with good access to nearby places.

Breakfast was really good, and the food had that comforting, home-style feel. Everyone working at the property was helpful, and the room service was excellent. They took good care of us during a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the great service, Jagjeet Pradhan.

We were lucky enough to see Kanchenjunga from our rooms on the first morning. The two luxury rooms we booked were clean, in good shape, and had a mesmerizing view. Mr. Pradhan and the restaurant team served amazing food that my family really enjoyed. The hotel staff were polite and well behaved, and whenever we asked for something, they helped us. Great experience and service. Thank you.
