The bill was unclear, and they charged GST without providing a GSTIN. A very bad experience.

The staff were very courteous, and the rooms were neat. They also have an excellent restaurant.

After waiting an hour for my food, a staff member came over to ask what I had ordered. Very bad service.

I still choose this hotel when I come to Neemach, and the food was excellent as usual during my one-night stay. The rooms have been renovated, but they still need more attention to cleanliness. 3.5/5 🌟
