OYO Flagship 70225 Sr Grand

My stay ended in the middle of the night, with no warning or explanation, and I had to gather my things and leave. When I asked what was happening, the staff member was dismissive and aggressive, leaving me frightened and uncomfortable. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I can't stress how terrible the experience was, and I'd strongly advise anyone thinking of staying here to look elsewhere. It simply isn't worth the risk.

There was no food, gycer, telephone, door lock, cleanliness, or drinking glass, and only one staff member. The worst part was finding a used condom in the bathroom. I complained to the OYO person, who asked why I hadn't said something earlier. I checked in at 10pm and checked out at 11am the next day, so how was I supposed to complain sooner? Good luck to anyone staying here in future.

For this price, it's not good. There's no shower in the bathroom and no kitchen, so you have to order food from outside. Bring your own personal care products like body wash and shampoo. They won't provide soap like other places do.

This is a BIG SCAM. Don't book this hotel. I booked online through Oyo, paid the full amount beforehand, and they still asked for another Rs 2000 per room at check-in. I booked it for my family for 5th Nov 2022. It's a very small property, on the 5th floor with no lift. There was no fan, mirror, bucket, water, geyser, or basic facility. They gave an electric rod for hot water, just one rod for two rooms. The beds and linens were dirty. Oyo is planning to blacklist them.
