Zafar sahab, the owner of Hotel Akbar, has an excellent personality, and our team was overwhelmed by the hospitality. Staying here in Srinagar was an unforgettable, unique experience, and I would plan to come back on my next visit. The rooms were furnished well and kept neat and clean, while the staff were very polite and cordial.

Mr. Dawood, the owner, was friendly and helpful in organizing the overall Kashmir tour for tourists, and he assured us it would be safe. At Hotel Akbar in Dal Gate, Srinagar, we had a comfortable family stay, with cooperative staff, a good ambience, and very good food.

Our children were so happy and comfortable at Akbar Hotel and Zaffer Houseboat (H.B. Sagnet) that when it was time to leave, they asked, “Can we stay here for our whole life?” That says a lot about how welcoming the experience felt for our family. Mr. Zaffer Sir guided and supported us throughout the trip, with kindness and personal care that made us feel like family. He made sure things went smoothly from arrival through departure. The houseboat experience was 5-star for us. It was beautiful, clean, peaceful, and gave us an authentic Kashmiri experience we'll always remember. Mr. Tanveer deserves special thanks for his hospitality and attention to detail. At Akbar Hotel, the staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. We also loved the food at both places, especially the chicken dishes and dal, some of the best meals we had on the trip. Our visit to Kashmir became truly unforgettable thanks to Akbar Hotel, Dal Lake and Zaffer Houseboat (H.B. Sagnet). I wholeheartedly recommend them for the genuine care, great food, and breathtaking views. Thank you to the whole team for making our family trip special. We can't wait to visit again. ❤️
