Hotel Dilshan was a comfortable place to stay in Srinagar, with decent service and very helpful staff who made me feel at home. Its location works well for tourists, and I enjoyed the restaurant food too. I’d recommend it.

ANGRY BAD REVIEW😡😡 The biryani was cold and tasteless, like it had been made the day before. If that’s their idea of biryani, they need to learn to cook it from scratch. The staff showed no manners or responsibility and acted as if speaking to customers was a favor. I left feeling I’d wasted my money, time, and patience. This restaurant should close if it can’t respect its customers. I’m not coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.
Dirty tables, slow service, and rude staff made the whole place a mess. The biryani was awful, like boiled rice mixed with random masala, and everything else was stale, cold, and flavorless. Customers seemed to bother the staff just by showing up, and management clearly doesn’t care. Complete waste of money. I won’t go back to this badly run restaurant.
A handy stop for travelers heading to Gulmarg, Sonmarg, or Wullar Lake. It’s near the airport and has the things you might need, with kind, helpful staff. A good place to rest, eat, or shop along the way.
Alert, alert, alert. Hotel Dilshan is the worst hotel I’ve encountered, and it isn’t even registered. If anything happens, you’ll be responsible for yourself. When we asked for a GST bill, they argued with us, then five people started fighting with me.
