Hotel Sejour Luxury gave me a very good stay. The room was clean, well lit, carpeted, and roomy at around 250 sqft, with full front windows and a comfortable bed. I slept well. The bathroom had a clean toilet and basin, but only basic kits, and the towels, bedsheet, pillows, duvet, and other room linens were clean. The TV recharge hadn't been done, perhaps because I mentioned it late, but the Samsung Smart TV had Youtube and other options. WiFi worked great with three devices connected, with no lag. The staff were prompt and polite. Breakfast came to the room, and I ordered Maggi, Paratha, Sabi, and an omelette. The bar menu was small but suitable. The lobby was cosy with a nice waiting area, and reception greeted me warmly. The lift and stairs were spacious. It was quiet, set a little back from the road, yet still the first plot property. There's gate security 24x7 and parking room for 10 cars. The airport is very close, about 10 minutes max, across from Humhuma Police Station. I took their cab to the airport, which was a little costly at 500. All in all, a very good experience. I wish them the best and hope they keep up the good work so more guests can enjoy them as a great option in future. Thank you, Hotel Sejour Luxury.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the modern amenities and location made the stay comfortable. Staff were helpful and polite, with quick service. A pleasant choice for relaxing or a business trip.

My mother, sister, and I felt right at home during our stay in Srinagar. The kindness and care from everyone meant a lot to us. Mosaib, Junaid, Shabbir, Rayees, and the whole team at Sejour luxury Srinagar, thank you so much for making the visit special and memorable. We loved the food, rooms, and everything else. The food was tasty, the stay comfortable, and the service high quality. Staff behaved very professionally, and the hotel met all our expectations. I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kashmir who wants a luxurious stay.

I checked in today and was welcomed by such friendly staff. At dinner in the restaurant at 7.45pm, everyone made me feel welcome. Nuzhat especially impressed me. She knew so much about Kashmir, and her sweet smile and gentle manner made me feel like a VVIP. Keep up the good job, dear girl 😍
