Getting here with luggage is hard because the hotel is well away from Mall Road. There weren’t many staff around, and they seemed reluctant to help carry our bags to the room. Room service was poor, and when we asked for food suitable for an unwell guest, there was no choice available. I wouldn’t want to come back.

The meals were delicious at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the rooms were just as lovely as the people looking after us. Kaushik mitra & Sujan Bhakta

We had a good stay. The terrace has a lovely view, and our room was clean. The location was great too.

The terrace made up for the lack of a good balcony, and we had warm water the whole time. The hotel is only about 200 m from Mall Road, and our taxi could drop us right at the door. I'd suggest choosing a room on the top floor.

The location near ghorasthabal worked well, and I’d recommend this place for a family trip. I spent three days there last week. Room 202 was modern, tidy, and very clean, as was the bathroom. The owner Sir and Madam were helpful and easy to deal with.
