The service stood out, especially thanks to Mr. Satyam, and all the staff were attentive and courteous. Meals were excellent, with a good range of delicious dishes, and we enjoyed every one. At Conifer Suites & Spa, Darjeeling, our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with hot water available 24/7. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling, and hope to stay again.

I hosted a party for around 25 people from my dealer group, and it was a very bad experience. The serving staff and supervisor delayed the event by not bringing snacks on time. When I raised the issue, they answered rudely, and one supervisor threatened me, saying, “I will see you.” Staff reacted badly to concerns about poor service and told me not to raise my voice, as if trying to demean me. The manager didn't listen to the concerns and only tried to prove their system was right. If a guest has paid for a service, it should be delivered on time, and guests shouldn't be threatened. The staff seemed rude and untrained.

We came with family and had a wonderful stay at Conifer suites and spa. The ambience, food, and location were all good, with service available 24/7. The front office and F&B teams were very helpful, and the GM himself came to welcome guests. Thank you for a lovely experience. We'd definitely come again.

The girls on staff were especially good and helpful, and I had a really nice experience. Soniya helped me so much and was there whenever I needed her. Five stars for her, and I hope to see her again. Thanks, conifer suites and spa Darjeeling.

The location on Mall Road is wonderful, and the people at Confiers were fabulous, patient, and calm. At reception Mr. Anmol gave us a warm welcome and helped us at every step. I was travelling with my family and hope to stay here again.
