I really appreciated his hospitality and professionalism. 🙌✨ At SHRIGO Hotel, Varanasi, my room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful throughout. The food was delicious, with authentic flavors and great presentation. From the ambience to the hospitality, everything was awesome. Highly recommended if you're visiting Varanasi! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The place was clean and the service was nice, but the food quality needs to improve. I gave it only 2 stars because it felt very expensive, like they were sucking money.

The evening music was loud and kept playing through midnight, which was highly irritating from the rooms. The booking agent, Tanveer, was very customer unfriendly, too. For what you get, the hotel is super expensive and the rooms are small. North Indian food was an exception, but the South Indian food was awful, don't try it. The booking experience was horrible.
