There were bugs by the window, and I couldn't sleep. The room was filthy and deeply unhygienic, with blanket stains, hair on the pillow, a broken bathroom wall, and a bed that looked like it hadn't been changed after the previous guest. Even the lobby smelled of mildew, and it got worse in the room. From check-in, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, as if I was a bother just for arriving. It was a nightmare of a stay. I wouldn't come back even if it were free, and I'd tell people to book somewhere else.

There was no room service, and the staff and property were very unhygienic. They didn't even take out the bin. The floor carpet was damp and smelled bad, and the rooms were in very poor condition. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The location was fantastic, but the room was just okay and hadn't been cleaned properly. Maybe the heavy rush was why the service fell short.

We stayed for four days because, travelling with my elderly parents, moving hotels repeatedly wasn't practical. Nobody cleaned the room during those four days, or even came to empty the bin once. They seemed more interested in arranging sightseeing cars. It was a very ordinary hotel, and 3000 rupees a night was an exorbitant price for that kind of room.

The rooftop has a good view, the wifi is strong, and a car can pull up right outside, so you don't have to carry your luggage far. The rooms, though, had dirty floor carpets and old chairs. We switched rooms after just the first night.
