The view is spectacular, and the place felt peaceful and fun, suitable for couples as well as families. We had a great stay. Breakfast had lots of choices, including a few live counters serving things like dosa. Dinner buffet was just as good, and the a-la-carte menu was good too, with decent prices. Housekeeping were extremely sweet and supportive.

Our two day full board stay was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. The rooms were in bad shape: both had strong damp seepage on the walls, and a foul smell hit as soon as we walked in. Cleanliness was maybe 2/5 at best. The property felt neglected and unhygienic. The food was tasteless and poorly prepared. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner included, and not one dish was good across the two days. The resort is also far from Haridwar's mainland, out in a remote village with no nearby amenities, so getting anywhere was a struggle and we felt isolated. The worst part was accessibility. Before arrival, we specifically called to ask whether the property was wheelchair accessible and were told it was. It wasn't. The only restaurant is on the first floor. One person in our group uses a wheelchair, and when we asked management to set up a table on the ground level, just below the stairs, they refused. It was disheartening to see so little willingness to accommodate a guest with limited mobility. Please think twice before booking.

The property itself is beautifully built, and the rooms and villa are good. Food tasted good, though there were very few choices and no mocktails at all. Getting there was difficult because the location is so remote and isolated. Service was terrible, and the staff handled guests badly. I was very disappointed. If negative ratings were available, I'd have given -5. Please think twice before booking.

This was my second stay, and I still noticed service gaps that need attention for a more refined guest experience. Checking out was particularly inconvenient: we waited 15 minutes for room verification and weren't allowed to leave. It felt very unprofessional. The ambience and hospitality were excellent, but the 31st eve event also left me feeling that the titles and rewards had been decided in advance, which took away the spirit of fair participation. The DJ selection was limited and seemed biased, without catering to the whole crowd, and the music lacked energy. I hope these issues are addressed so future stays feel fairer and more refined.
