Hotel Kanishk

The room was roomy, generally clean, and room service was quick, but that didn’t make up for the rest. Cockroaches were all over, including on the bed, phone, table, and sofa. The TV stayed broken despite several complaints, and the AC kept cutting out all night without being fixed during my two-day stay. Food was only a little better than average. I’d look at other hotels at the same price if there are options.

The staff were great and the food was good. I booked a double deluxe room, which had a cleverly laid-out living and dining area, and there was plenty of space. Easy to get to, too, and good value for the money.

There’s a good variety on the menu, and the food tastes nice, including non-veg options. The rooms are spacious, though some things like the flush have been damaged lately because maintenance seems lacking. It’s a good place for a short stay in Bawal, but it sits in a residential area with nothing much nearby.

It’s in a quiet spot without much traffic, so it suits people who like a peaceful place. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. Breakfast service was a bit late in the morning, but everything else was okay.
