There aren't any food places nearby, though Hotel balaji, about 600 meters away, is a good option. City buses pass right in front, and the location and ambience are nice. The price is reasonable too, around Rs. 1300 a day for an AC room for two.

I booked by phone, and the reception staff were polite. The AC rooms are good, and the bus stand is nearby. There's a vegetarian restaurant within walking distance. I didn't use room service, so I can't comment on it.

The parking was inadequate, and the room itself was bad: dirty used bedsheets, unclean toilets, and AC that didn't work properly. Can you believe the AC works better at 21, and switches off if you lower it? The earlier reviews seem misleading, as if they were paid or written by people who don't know what a star property is.

The staff were wonderful and helped arrange a vehicle for visiting temples locally. The hotel is family-friendly and well located, very close to the bus stand and other temples. We had a good stay and felt confident booking here.

The online booking wasn't recorded at reception, so when we arrived there was no room available and we waited two hours to get one. The room service person was very rude, and the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. The bedsheets and toilets were unclean.
