MPT Hotel Bharhut, Satna

The wedding of a close college friend brought me to MPT Hotel Bharhut. I arrived at night, so I couldn't really take in the place until the next morning, when I got a better look at its surroundings. The rooms felt cozy, the food was great, and everything around the hotel was clean. Staff service was good too. The restaurant menu struck me as a bit pricey, especially for food and drinks at a hotel run by the Madhya Pradesh tourism department. Still, the atmosphere I experienced made the visit memorable. I’m sharing some wedding photos and videos. If you’re visiting Satna for a trip or vacation, this could be a place to stay.

I've been coming here for around 15 years. The food and accommodation are good, though the rooms feel dated. Some updates could make it one of Satna's best affordable hotels.

The food was good, and we had a nice family stay. This government hotel is top notch and, to me, ahead of its private counterparts.

I was at Bharut Hotel, Satna as a Zomato delivery partner, dropping off a customer's order. The owner and reception staff acted aggressively and unprofessionally instead of cooperating. They shouted at me for no reason and made me leave the hotel. That kind of humiliating treatment of delivery workers is unacceptable. We’re working professionals representing established platforms, not beggars. The arrogance and lack of basic manners point to poor management and no respect for service workers. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Management needs to learn to treat people with dignity.
