I’ve booked online through goibibo for rs.1900, and this is the best hotel I’ve visited in dehradun over the last 3 years. The room was neat and clean, with an awesome bathroom and a TV with netflix. They provided all the soaps, shampos, shower gel, and a dental kit too. 👍👍👍

I prepaid for my stay through Agoda, but on arrival the staff wouldn’t book the room to suit my needs, even after I showed the confirmation. Gagan was rude and dismissive, and offered no help or solution. Paying in advance and still being treated this way was incredibly frustrating. The management and customer service were a huge disappointment, with no professionalism or care for guests. I won’t stay here again, and I’d advise others to avoid it. Terrible service and no respect for customers.

The rooms are amazing and the hotel itself is good, but reception noise carried into the room. The staff talked loudly and kept watching videos until very late. Try to get a room away from reception and not facing the street.

The rooms are cozy, but the service could be better. Check different sites before booking online, since booking offline will cost you more. I wouldn’t choose a balcony room, the view isn’t great.

Easy to get to, right in the heart of the city. Nice place.
