The service was careless and slow. Requests about meals, room cleaning, or hot water were ignored or delayed, and despite asking several times, we never got hot water. The bathroom did not even have a bucket or mug. Our room was dirty, the sheets looked used, the bathroom was untidy, and there was a foul smell throughout the stay. The food seemed stale and unhygienic, with poor quality and little taste. Nothing felt comfortable or welcoming. The place needs major improvements in cleanliness, facilities, and service, and I would avoid it as things stand.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, cooperative, and welcoming. The rooms are wide and tall, with extra bedding available. There’s also a good heater and warm water for bathing. I’m looking forward to coming back.

We had a lot of fun here, and the location is beautiful. The owner and staff were great, and the food was on point. They even arranged a bonfire and a rooftop party, with amazing food. I’d suggest giving this hotel a visit.

The location is about 5 km outside Dhanaulti, though the roads are well built, so getting there wasn’t much of an issue. The food was tasty and felt like home cooking. The room, washroom, and terrace were all clean, and the staff were very helpful and made arrangements easily. I’d call it a decent stay, and I’d consider coming back if I visit Dhanaulti again. My ratings: hygiene 4.5/5, hospitality 5/5, location 3.5/5, and food 4/5.
