The receptionist team was friendly and professional, and the room was cozy and clean. We had service every day, and both the breakfast and service were nice and quick. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The hotel is very cheap, and the staff and owner didn’t speak to us well. The room, bathroom, and bedsheet were unhygienic, and the geyser and AC weren’t working properly. Then I saw termites crawling on the pillow and blanket. Don’t come here.

I checked in at night and was first shown a room with no geyser, an unhygienic bathroom, and dirty bedsheets. There was a rat in the room. When I told a staff member, he offered to show us another room, but that one also had no geyser and the AC wasn’t working. Then I saw termites crawling on the bedsheets and pillow covers, so I left immediately. They showed no concern for hygiene or customer service.
