There was no one available to take orders or get them ready quickly. The water wasn't purified, and the food wasn't good, possibly spoiled.

With reasonable room prices and nice food, this is one of the finest hotels to visit on the route between Delhi and Jaipur. The staff were super friendly too.

I had a bad experience travelling by bus. It stopped at the hotel, then the driver and conductor got off and disappeared without telling the passengers anything. I went inside to ask where they were, but the three people sitting at the counter didn't seem interested in who was coming into the hotel.

This is a midway stop where Uttarakhand State Transport buses pull in for lunch, dinner, or snacks. It has the basic things you need, with all kinds of Indian food, but there aren't any fast food or junk food options. It's not an advanced hotel.
