Hotel Sahaya Arasi

There’s no lift, but the stay was peaceful and I’d recommend it to families. Hotel Sahaya Arasi is close to the seashore, with many attractions an easy walk away. During our one-night trip to Kanyakumari, the new rooms were clean and matched the Google photos. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome, and staff carried our luggage and pointed us toward nearby food and sightseeing spots.

The room was quite basic, though the sea view and large, comfortable bed were nice. I noticed a slightly odd smell in the bathroom, and the service was adequate. The price felt high for what was provided. The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions.

There’s no lift or restaurant, so you have to go out for food. The place is new and still had a paint smell in the room. It’s near the main temple and beach, and you can see the sea from the top floor. Our Quad room had plenty of space and a big bathroom. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We spent two nights at Sahayaarasi. It’s a new, well-maintained property, and both the owners and staff were courteous. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, though it costs extra. There’s no lift yet, but one may be added soon.
