On check-in day, instead of the room and property we had been shown, we were taken to a different building beside Lucky Hotel Bandra called “Gods Gift.” We felt extremely unsafe there. We were two girls staying alone, and within minutes several men near the offices were staring and peeping at us. We went back with all our luggage and told the hotel this was unacceptable. We had visited ten days before our stay to see the property in person, and booked after they showed us a particular room. They then offered a ground-floor room that honestly looked like a servant quarter. Men kept peeping in there too, so we refused it and asked for the room originally promised. This happened on the day of our friend's wedding, when we should have been getting ready peacefully, not dealing with such a stressful situation. The service was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking if you want comfort, safety, or basic professionalism.

The biryani was really good, I especially loved it. The customer service was amazing too, from the Manager/Owner, though I'm not sure which, to the waiter. Everyone was friendly, warm-hearted, and down to earth. These guys are wow! Thanks for the service 🙏

It felt like a complete waste of money. At Lucky Hotel, the service fell short, the rooms weren't cleaned every day, and the bedsheets were extremely dirty. I hope management improves both cleanliness and customer service.

You can find local transport right outside the hotel, and the stay itself was good. But the breakfast they served spoiled our whole day.

The room I got was tiny and dingy, with a bad smell, and the staff weren't polite. Not sure what the other rooms in this hotel are like, but mine felt more like a sketchy bus stand lodge than an actual hotel. Avoid it!
