Chitralekha Boutique Resort

The owners, Aunty and Uncle, were so warm and welcoming, and the polite staff made our two-day stay feel like home. We were a group of 12, and the property had clean, well-kept rooms and bathrooms, with facilities easily available, from basic comforts to Blinkit and Uber access. The food was good too. We had a wonderful stay at Chitralekha Resort and will surely visit again. Thank you for the hospitality.

The hospitality really made the place special. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and there were delicious dining options and a fantastic pool area. Check-in was seamless, and the property is beautifully laid out. Our room was spotless, very spacious, and had a stunning view. We'll definitely return.

The last few miles to the resort can feel a little daunting, but getting there is worth it. It's a roomy, cozy, homely boutique resort in Bisht Gaon, a bit farther from central Dehradun. From here you can take easy day trips to Dehradun, Mussoorie, and Landor, then come back to feel surrounded by nature. We loved the garden, the morning atmosphere, and the uninterrupted views of the Mussoorie hills. The young-at-heart couple who own and run the place with their family are lovely. The restaurant serves fresh, homely food, and the main chef was attentive to guests' needs.

The location and timely support from the resort staff were wonderful. Chitralekha Boutique Resort in Dehradun sounds like a lovely family stay, with a serene setting, great Mussoorie hill views, clean, comfortable rooms, and excellent food. Reviews say the friendly, helpful staff make it feel like home. There is a pool, garden, and open space for kids to play. Some guests have even compared it to a 5-star hotel for the peaceful atmosphere, views, and delicious food. It's a little tucked away, but that seems worth it for the tranquility and scenery.
