I spent five days here on a field trip and made good memories with good people in the hall upstairs. The location is handy, with transport readily available. The rooms are good and have AC, a TV, geyser and other things. From the balcony there's a nice view, and on a clear night you can see Mussoorie's twinkling lights. In the morning, the rooftop gives you a great sunrise view.
The receptionist doesn't know how to speak to guests, and the service is extremely poor. This place feels like a chawl with two-star hotel rates. The hotel is overrated and the staff are unprofessional. In most rooms, paint is peeling off the ceiling, the bathroom is shabby, and the mattresses are broken in the middle, enough to make your back feel like it'll snap in two. There are too many mosquitoes, the TVs don't work, and the lift is out of order most of the time. Avoid this shady place.
The hotel was very dirty and unhygienic. The owner and front desk staff were unprofessional, and they don't know how to greet or speak to guests.
The rooms are good and parking is available, but there's no food, so you have to buy it separately. We had several power issues during our stay.
Parking is ample, and the restaurant is close to I.S.B.T., which makes it handy for travellers. It also has a tie-up with OYO, so booking is easy. The staff were friendly and nice, but the food was just okay and the restaurant service was quite slow.
