Yashshree Mussoorie Mall Road

The hotel's location was excellent and made getting there convenient. The staff seemed inexperienced and unfamiliar with the facilities, possibly because ownership or management had recently changed. The food was enjoyable, but service was slow, and even simple requests needed repeated follow-ups. Though the room was comfortable, the old, poor-quality bedding and towels were disappointing. The hotel has potential, but staff training, service speed, and amenities need improvement to meet guest expectations. Better management and decisions could help it shine. I hope this feedback helps them see what needs work.

The staff were amazing and well behaved, and the valley view was good. But it's a very old hotel, so don't trust the online pictures. For this price, you'd expect a decent room, but no, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There are better options on the mall road. Our room smelled when we arrived.

The people here made a strong impression on me. I’ve stayed in hotels and villas around the world, and the hospitality here was among the best I’ve experienced. Staff were lovely, and room service came quickly after dialing 9. The breakfast buffet was good, too. I was happy in my balcony room. It was cozy, with a lovely view, and the property was easy to reach with a good parking area. My two complaints were the 2 PM check-in time and noise in room 103 from the gallery when people walked by or opened their doors.

The restaurant really stood out: the buffet breakfast was amazing, and the food was delicious. Staff gave us a warm welcome and were polite and cooperative throughout. The rooms were neat and clean, and the team made it a very good experience.
