Sachin at reception made the biggest impression on me. He welcomed me warmly, handled check-in easily, and was attentive throughout my stay. His local suggestions were useful, and he made sure I had what I needed. Hotel Laxmi Palace is clean, well kept, and has great amenities. The hospitality was excellent, and I hope to return. Highly recommend.
The buffet had plenty of variety, and the bar offered a nice wine selection. We were here for a family event and were very satisfied with the stay. The interiors are new, the beds comfortable, and the toilets clean with hot water available 24/7. Courteous staff helped with our luggage and shared local tips.
The rooms were spotless, the service was exceptional, and the location was ideal. Reviews on Tripadvisor or Google Maps can help other travelers discover a good stay and give hospitality staff some recognition.
I came to Dehradun with my family, and this was the worst hotel I’ve experienced. There was no welcome from the staff, and there were mice. The room had no phone to contact reception, and even after asking a thousand times, they still wouldn’t provide things. There was no Wi-Fi or TV for the children. I suggest you never stay here.
We felt safe staying here as girls, and the staff were responsible and very helpful. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Everything else was good, but the shower wasn’t working.
