In the second room, the smell was just as bad, the AC didn’t work, the toilet leaked, the washbasin was clogged, and the key card kept failing. Twice in one day I was left outside for 30 minutes, with no urgency from the staff. The first room had smelled too, with a shower stuck running that even staff couldn’t fix and a clogged washbasin. They refused early check-in despite rooms being available and said I’d only get one if I paid ₹1500 in cash, not online. When I mentioned contacting Goibibo, they threatened to say no rooms were available. It felt very dishonest. I complained several times, but staff took the problems lightly and didn’t seem to care about guest comfort. A terrible stay. Don’t waste your money here; there are better hotels that will treat you with respect and provide basic facilities.

I stayed for four days and had a good experience with the room, cleanliness, food, and room service. All the staff were cooperative and polite. The hotel is centrally located, so it’s easy to get anything you need.

The rooms are large and clean, and the service is very good. There’s a restaurant on the 1st floor with fresh, delicious food at reasonable prices. Reception and service staff are courteous and polite. It’s one of the city’s best budget hotels, with a great location, and feels no less than a 3 star hotel.

The rooftop gave us lovely views of the Garawal Himalayas, and we enjoyed our five-day stay. Our room was spacious, and both the reception and service staff were very helpful. The food was costly, though.
