The price is way too high for these rooms, and the service was terrible. I brought up the lack of warm water 5-10 times, but nothing changed. Staff just argued and gave vague explanations that made no sense. In winter they don’t provide proper blankets either, just one very thin one that seems to stay there all year, even in summer. I wouldn’t choose this place.

We paid for three people but got a two-bed room with an extra bed, and we had to keep calling for basic things. Towels, soap, water, and room cleaning all needed repeated requests, while the free breakfast wasn’t up to standard. The staff didn’t provide proper service. There’s no lift, the pillar cock was loose, and the bath tap was damaged. The AC remote stays at reception, so you have to call them every time you want it switched on or off. The service, though, was pathetic. You might have to call room service twice, and even then it’s luck whether you get what you asked for. Breakfast wasn’t ready until after 9, so anyone leaving early needs to find food outside.
