Collection O 83669 Oak Wood Inn

The staff were highly unprofessional. First they quoted 1k. I went out to discuss it, then came back to reserve a room, but they said rooms weren’t available and gave me a higher price instead. Worst experience.

The balcony view was nice, and the room was good, though the other features were just okay. Service was decent, nothing exceptional, so the stay was average overall. One inconvenience was the door, which wouldn’t lock unless I closed it with the key. They also didn’t provide basic items like towels or soap.

The washbasin had no proper outlet, so the water just ran across the washroom floor. The rooms generally have issues, and the food quality could be improved or added to. The staff were quite helpful, though, and overall I had a good stay.

The hotel was good, and overall I had a good stay. The walls had a small issue with peeling paint, and the TV was difficult to operate. Water from the washbasin flowed across the washroom floor because it didn’t have a proper outlet. They should allow a female or male friend to come over.
