Collection O Pacific Mall Rajpur Road Formerly Comfort Inn

The staff were very supportive, and the rooms were highly hygienic. It’s easy to reach and, overall, a good hotel. I’d suggest it to my contacts when they visit Dehradun.

Every room smelled, so we had to settle on the one that smelled the least. We had to ask them to spray room freshener.

Rooms are small, smelly, and not clean at all. Don’t waste your money on this property.

This was a pathetic place to stay. It felt like nobody had ever cleaned the rooms, walls, or ceiling, and the washroom looked full of dirt stains, as if it had never been washed. The staff also refused to give me a bill. They took payment through UPI on a personal number and wouldn’t provide a receipt. It seems to me they’re defrauding the property owner, who never comes to check the hotel’s condition. Better beware.
