The location was a highlight: a quiet area, but close to attractions, markets, and transport. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and the Wi-Fi was decent. Check-in was quick, and the staff were warm, professional, and ready to help with local information or requests. My room was spacious, clean, and well furnished, with fresh linens and a comfortable bed. The mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, and complimentary bottled water were useful touches. The bathroom was spotless, had enough toiletries, and had steady hot water. Breakfast had fresh fruit, baked items, and hot dishes for vegetarian and non-vegetarian guests. The in-house restaurant also had a good range of Indian and continental food. I had a genuinely pleasant stay at Hotel Comfort Inn. The comfort, service, and safe environment made it good value for money, and I'd recommend it to both business and leisure travelers looking for an easy stay.

The rooms are good, the staff are very polite and helpful, and the little balconies really add to the rooms. It's way overpriced, though.

The food was cold, and the DJ was stopped during a performance. Staff were rude and unresponsive, then charged extra after the function. They warned us to pay and threatened to call the police if we didn't pay the added amount. The food quality was bad, and the management and staff were the worst. Comfort Inn gave us pathetic service for a wedding ceremony. If you want your wedding spoiled and turned into a mockery, come here.

I went to Comfort Inn for a close friend's wedding, and the hotel's proximity to the venue was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, accommodating, and ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made me feel welcome and valued. I had a delightful experience and would highly recommend staying here when visiting dehradun.

We went in for a meeting and planned to stay if needed, but it ended early, so I didn't get to stay. We ordered three plain coffees with Amritsari aalu piyaz naan and gravy, and everything was to our satisfaction. The staff were attentive and polite. Access is good, and there's basement parking, which is a nice option for a hotel. I'd most likely stay there on a future trip to Dehradun, but cleanliness needs improvement, which is why I gave it three stars.
