They claimed to have lockers, but there weren't any. Our nine bags were left at the counter, where they didn't feel safe, and we were asked to pay ₹100 per bag, ₹900 total, if we wanted to explore after checkout. After booking, they repeatedly called for advance payments, first ₹1000, then ₹2000, then ₹3000, and otherwise refused the room. They didn't even provide water bottles. When we complained to Fab Hotels, the owner became polite, but turned rude again near checkout, knowing the booking was already completed. Not recommended.

The room shown online was different from the poor one we got in reality. Staff were very rude and didn't provide complimentary water. I had booked online and paid in advance, but still had to pay the full amount there. Please don't stay here, you'll regret it.

The breakfast quality was very poor, and they charged ₹200 for a basic tea. They also insisted on taking a review while standing in front of me, which felt forced. When I first booked, the listing showed better rooms, but they later gave me a low-quality room and asked for ₹2,000 extra, leaving me no other option. The service felt like a scam targeting tourists. It seemed the owner was trying to extract as much money as possible without providing proper service.

They were hospitable, but the room could've been tidier. The duvet was filthy, there was no kettle for hot water and no handwash. They should've thought more about what guests might need.
