We changed hotels because of the shabby rooms and the staff's rude behavior. The rooms were in extremely pathetic condition, and the staff were even worse. I found the place unfit for visitors and wouldn't suggest anyone stay there, even by mistake. It was a complete waste of money, time, and peace. Fab hotels should visit before getting attached to places like this.

I booked FabHotel Doon Maira in dehradun. The first room had a rat, so I asked the manager to move me, and there was a rat in the next room too. When I reported it at check up, the manager wouldn't acknowledge my complaint or refund me, saying he couldn't do anything. I told him I'd file a consumer complaint, and he was okay with that. Kindly help me with this and provide compensation. These unhygienic rooms should be reported.

The room was in poor condition, and a room alone isn't enough when hospitality is this lacking. The staff were arrogant and spoke rudely. They didn't provide a towel or drinking water, and the water they did provide was overcharged. They need to work a lot on their hospitality.

My stay was vwry comfortable, and the staff were friendly and hospitable. The rooms just need better upkeep.
