The staff act like they're mocking guests, and the owner was nowhere to be seen, so nobody else seemed responsible. There was no hot water. The intercom, mobile, and landline weren't working, so I had to go upstairs for everything. Room sockets didn't work either, and I had to charge my phone from the TV socket. The washroom door wouldn't close from outside, so the room kept smelling. This was the worst hotel stay I've had.

The rooms were decent for the price, but the hotel really needs repairs. Two mice came into our room through holes below the curtain area. Food service was slow too: an order took about 45 minutes to reach the table and might even take an hour. It was okay overall, but they should put money into fixing the place.

There was dirt all around the hotel, and breakfast choices were very limited. In the room, the sheets were torn and smelled bad, the bathroom curtain was filthy, and the bathroom door wouldn't lock. The card reader wasn't working either.

We didn't check in. The rooms we actually saw were a shock after what Fab Hotel showed on its website and third-party booking sites. They smelled, were dirty and poorly kept, the washrooms were damaged, the ceilings needed repairs, and garbage had been dumped right in front of the rooms. We booked somewhere else, right in front of Fab Hotel, and the difference was like night and day. A horrific experience, 0/5.
