The receptionist was very good, and she’s the reason I didn’t do anything about the issues. My partner and I felt uncomfortable when room service came in to deliver food or other things, looked around, and stayed for 2-5 minutes. The rooms were average and needed a deep clean. There were cockroaches, spiders, and large ants. Electricity also seemed to pass through the switchboards and the bathroom washbasin at times. Room cleanliness was another issue.

The rooms weren’t clean, and I had a very bad experience. On the first day, there was a loud fight between a couple right beside my room. They were breaking glasses and tablets. The next day, the same room was given to several people who were drunk and partying. At 1:00 am, they were dancing and playing music very loudly. I told reception to take action, but they didn’t listen. After I called many times, they asked me to change rooms. I’ll never visit here again.

Thanks maira for such a lovely stay. The staff were really supportive, the amenities were perfect, and the rooms were top-notch. After many stays in dehradun, this one felt just right. I arrived yesterday, and I’ve never been to a hotel like this before.

We booked a day with breakfast, but there was no buffet. Breakfast was brought to the room, with just one fixed item for the day. We pre-ordered that item and tea, yet staff missed it for over 45 minutes. Service was very slow. This doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. Water bottles and towels weren’t in the room and had to be requested from the local staff. The shower leaked, and the sanitizer dispensers were empty. The lift was slow and screechy too.
