The only little thing that could be better was quicker service at busy times. Otherwise, getting around was easy from this excellent location, and the food had a good range of delicious options. Our room was clean, spacious, and well kept, with comfortable bedding. The staff were attentive, courteous, and ready to help. A really nice stay, and one I'd recommend.

The receptionist at Mayfield Hotel was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Since she was our first point of contact, her behavior left a terrible impression and made the visit uncomfortable. Hospitality was missing right from the front desk. I hope management takes this seriously and works on how staff treat guests.

There are plenty of hotels in mussorie, but the way we were treated is what made us decide not to return. The receptionist at May field was very impolite to my uncle and unnecessarily rude and arrogant with my family. One star is the bare minimum I could give, otherwise I'd rate it below that.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very good. Nice hotel right on main mall Road.

Hospitality starts at the front desk, and this was extremely disappointing. The receptionist spoke arrogantly, misbehaved with my family, and showed no basic courtesy or respect. Her rude, unprofessional behavior ruined our stay. This isn't acceptable in hospitality. I hope management takes it seriously and trains the staff properly so other guests don't have to go through this.
