FabHotel Prime AV Royale

This is a great hotel between the ISBT bus stand and Dehradun railway station. The rooms are amazing, neat and clean, and the service is great. Staff are very helpful, while the front office staff are polite and sincere. I recommend this hotel.

They wouldn’t accept card payments and insisted on cash, and they also charged extra for toiletries. This was a makeshift hotel after my original booking was cancelled and another one was provided at the last moment. The room was smaller than the one I’d originally booked. I got this booking through Fab Hotels on booking.com.

The building looks good from outside, but the bedsheets have dirty stain marks and the rooms are full of bedbugs. They purposely gave us bad rooms so we’d upgrade to a premium room. The owner has no idea what the undercut staff are doing. The corridor flooring and the whole place definitely need cleaning. Staff are rude, and they ask for extra money for small, small requests.

The rooms were dirty, and the staff didn't pay attention to our requests. On the first day, there was no breakfast. The next day they served street-side parathas, and when I asked about it, they said they didn't have a kitchen. A disgusting property and staff. A waste of money, and a very bad experience for my family.
