Heavens View Resort

The hosts, Mehak and Ashish, are what keep bringing me back to Heavens View Residency. They’re attentive, friendly, and make a real effort to help guests feel at home. I’ve been staying here for the past 3-4 years, and the warm service has been consistent every time. The property feels peaceful and comfortable as soon as I arrive. It’s clean, the views are beautiful, and the thoughtful touches make each visit feel special. Thanks to Mehak and Ashish for making my stays memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The lawn is a lovely place to sit and unwind with the mountains all around, and the views from the room are just as scenic. The hotel sits in a quiet area about 6 km from Mall Road, which suited us well for a peaceful family stay away from the crowds. Our room was clean and well kept. The in-house kitchen served good food, and room service was available. Staff were polite and helpful, especially manager Mehek, whose warm, professional manner stood out. I enjoyed the stay and would happily return. With its calm setting and mountain scenery, it felt like good value for the money.

The view was the real highlight for me, breathtaking and probably the best you could ask for around here. The calm setting and welcoming atmosphere made it a great place to unwind. The owners were kind and caring, and the food tasted delicious and home cooked. I’d gladly come back and recommend it to others.

Mr. Ashish set a welcoming tone for the whole stay by coming himself to pick us up after we got off the bus at Gajji Bend. It was a personal gesture that showed how much he cares about guests’ comfort. He and the staff were warm and helpful throughout. The team handled room service, food, and our small requests quickly and with care. Heavens View Resort has lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere, but the hospitality was what made it memorable. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Mussoorie and would come back.
