A comfortable stay for the price, with polite and pleasant staff.

The food tasted awesome, and the staff behaved well. We had a good stay, with nice rooms and service available.

I felt unsafe here, especially as a woman. The manager's behaviour was intolerable, and he gave me nonsense advice about my private space. The rooms were suffocating, though I could imagine putting up with that in an emergency. Even two nights here were a horrible experience. I hope this review helps someone else avoid going through the same thing.

The location was good, and both the ambience and cleanliness were okay. The staff were nice, but the hotel could use better upkeep. The AC dripped water, a cracked cup was in our room, and the attached washroom was tiny. There probably wasn't generator backup. There's no restaurant, though they do offer room service. It wasn't up to standard, and ordered food took too long. The worst part was the lazy morning service: they wouldn't take any order before 8 am, not even for tea. There were tea bags and milk pouches in the room, but I really didn't like that. In a city like Dehradun, serving at 7 am isn't asking too much. I wish hotels like this valued customers' mornings and tried harder to serve them.
