Rain came into the room on the morning of 17 August, during a moderate shower, and the staff seemed helpless to stop it. I checked in on 16 August and was due to leave on the 17th. I called the sweeper three times, and when I called him a second time he used abusive language and was rude. The room they showed us before check-in was fine, but the one we were given was completely different, with stains on the walls and a dirty bedsheet. I wouldn't consider staying here. You never know when it'll rain, and the hotel staff couldn't help.

I spent the whole night just trying to pass the time because I'd already paid a lot, and couldn't sleep. The place was in the worst state, with no cleanliness and everything, including the rooms and bedsheets, smelling. Just look at the pictures and believe the reviews. This is what they call a balcony.

Nautiyal ji and Rahul at the front desk helped us plan day trips and made things extra comfortable. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel bright star. The room was spacious, with a breathtaking balcony view, and we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service as soon as we arrived. A great choice for a visit. We can't wait to come back for another relaxing stay.

The staff were rude and uncooperative, and their behavior felt very unprofessional. They didn't seem to know their own prices. We booked two rooms online for 4600 for two days, but were offered the same rooms offline for 3400. We lost 1000 rupees on the advance booking and felt cheated. The phone number listed on Google belongs to a mediator who would take a commission. If you still want to book, don't do it in advance.
