OYO 13839 Hotel Narula

The bed sheets were visibly dirty and the floor was messy when I checked in, so the room clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Staff were rude and completely uncooperative despite my repeated requests for help. They also failed to give me a proper bill at checkout. This was one of the worst stays I’ve had, and the whole experience was extremely disappointing from the start. Avoid booking here.

I booked a room for a four-hour stay, and everything was a mess. There was no telephone, toiletries, RO drinking water, hot water for bathing, or bathroom cleaning, and the staff had no sense of how to handle customers. I’m really surprised by the quality of rooms from OYO these days. This was my second bad experience with OYO.

The room had no ventilation, and several basics were missing or not working. The TV and landline were out of order, there was no kettle, and you had to ask for towels and toiletries. Hot water also wasn’t available around the clock, so I had to call reception for it. The room itself was in poor condition, and the bedsheets were filthy.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms were dirty, with cobwebs and a persistent smell from the dirty canal beside the property. Many of the amenities weren’t working, and management wasn’t helpful. A really pathetic place to stay, avoid it and find somewhere decent.
