All the staff were very kind, and both the food and location were good. Service was slow and could use some work.

It's a reasonably priced, nice place to stay, right in the middle of the market area and near the auto stands.

There were so many insects in the room, and the room itself was in terrible shape. Nothing seemed to be working. Staying here was the worst decision of my life.

Sumit was on duty and took care of everything my family needed. He's one of the best hotel staff members and a real asset to the company. This is one of the best value-for-money hotels for a family stay in Dehradun. Keep up the good work, Sumit.

The food was fabulous, much better than I expected. During my short stay, Aakash looked after me really well, and his room service was great. I called several times, and he always answered promptly.
