We stayed three nights and had no disturbance. It's close to Landour, the food was tasty and hygienic, and room service was great. One day rain kept us from going anywhere, but the room service came through for us. Really good place.

It was a pleasant stay at Hotel City Castle, Mussoorie, with good service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff polite and helpful. The hilly roads made the hotel a bit difficult to reach, but their pick-up and drop services made the trip much easier.

At hotel city castle mussoorie, the staff was courteous and the room service excellent. Food was good too. Very good experience, highly recommend.

The views are the best thing here, and the food is good. The staff are super helpful and quick to sort out problems, but management could do better. Cleanliness isn't great, and while the rooms are alright, basics like tea, coffee and toiletries aren't provided. It's an okay hotel, with some issues.

My first trip to a hill station was in 2018, when I stayed here. It was a beautiful experience. The hotel is at the other end of Mall Road.
