Hotel Deepshikha

I left very disappointed after our second stay at Deepshikha Hotel. The location and staff had been good before, and the owner was humble and apologized several times, but we checked out right away without eating breakfast. The receptionist never apologized. We had come as a family on 11/12/2025 for 4 days with breakfast. The evening receptionist, a boy, had handled our booking and the deal details. In the morning, a newly appointed girl was at reception. She seemed inexperienced, argued directly with clients, and called us to argue whenever she was confused instead of checking with colleagues. When we called for breakfast the next day, she irritably said it wasn’t booked. She should have checked internally or spoken to the person who booked it first. Once the confusion was cleared, we ordered. On the following mornings she kept saying we’d have to pay extra if we ordered more than one item, and argued about that too. It was a very bad experience, and her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. There are other shortcomings as well. The rooms don’t have water bottles, toiletries, towels, a basic kettle, or coffee pouches. I’d ask the owner not to put immature, inexperienced people without the necessary knowledge at reception, where they can cause problems for themselves and others.

Food was one of the best parts of my stay. There was a wide selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the dishes I tried were flavorful and nicely presented. The dining area was cozy too. The hotel was tidy and well maintained throughout, and the friendly staff were always attentive and ready to help. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good place.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom door didn’t work. I could hear vehicles all night in the front room. There wasn’t a hot kettle for making tea either.
