It was a mixed stay. The place is well located and easy to reach, with lovely views and some open space outside. The rooms are clean and average in size, but there’s no lift and finding them feels like solving a maze. Breakfast was provided, though it wasn't available in the restaurant as the booking said, so we had to order it to the room. The service was good, but none of the rooms had a view or felt open.

Getting to Mall Road is easy from this well-located place, about 300 metres away. The main points in mussorie are accessible from here.

The view was good, and the hotel is near mall road, but the quality really didn't match the price. I only chose it because I arrived late and needed somewhere to rest. The room didn't look too bad at first, but within half an hour I felt so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave. It was too late to go elsewhere. The washrooms were awful, with no cleanliness or hygienic upkeep. I can only give it one star because it basically just gives you a room to sleep in, nothing else.

Traveling with a little baby, I appreciated the extra amenities the staff provided for free, even though they would normally be chargeable for guests. They were polite and friendly throughout, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The food was hygienic and delicious, and I felt the charges were fair for that quality. We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Devlok primal in Mussoorie. Thank you for the great service. I'd recommend Hotel Devlok to anyone visiting.

After I checked out of hotel Devlok Primal, the manager called to say I'd left a packet with ₹8200 in cash in my room. I was already in Dehradun, so I asked them to send it online. They transferred the money through Google Pay within an hour. Their honesty and efficiency really impressed me, and that kind of trustworthiness is rare. I had stayed there the previous week during my visit to Mussoorie. The rooms were clean and hygienic, the service was excellent, and the staff were cooperative. I highly recommend Devlok Primal.
